Flatpak or linux apps installation #139

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for the incredible work being done to port and enhance Batocera on this small console.

I would like to inquire whether there are plans within the development to include the capability of installing Linux applications (such as Flatpak or other methods).

This is because I am interested in being able to install the Ultrastar program to have a karaoke experience within my gaming machine.
