Missing BIOS check ATARIOSB.ROM bad MD5 #173

Hi, when you run the BIOS check, it reports the bios/ATARIOSB.ROM file missing with MD5: 4177f386a3bac989a981d3fe3388cb6c. But shouldn't the real MD5 of the file be a3e8d617c95d08031fe1b20d541434b2?

It seems like batocera updated the bios after v39, but I don't know the reason.
