LED turning off instead of green when charged fully when console is on #192

On v40 RG35XX H. When device is on - green LED is on. When device is on and charging cable is plugged - green and orange LED are on. When device is charged to 100% when device is running - both LED are turning off. I think that green LED should be left on.

There's a bug that when the system has gone to sleep the led does not restart correctly. It may be related to that but I'll have a look.
