Use the MPL2 license #9

Jacques Distler asked me to use a less strict license than GPL for TeXZilla so I switched to the MPL2. It think it also makes sense to use the MPL since one of the goal of TeXZilla is to be used in Mozilla products. In particular, parts of BlueGriffon are proprietary so I'm not exactly sure it could have integrated GPL programs.

What about using the MPL2 for the CKeditor plugin too?

I'm OK with that: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#MPL-2.0.
