I updated the faq with some questions about registration fees. Instructor Training must be free, otherwise we will need to pay Software Carpentry standard fee. Lesson sprint will be free because doesn't make any sense to charge someone to participate on it. First Brazilian Software Carpentry and Data Carpentry Workshop for Women in Science and Engineering will be free because doesn't make any sense to charge an under-represented group. Data Carpentry for Oceanography workshop has a "to be defined" state since @melissawm and @juoceano have a better idea of where they want to push it so that they could maximise their rewards.

My two cents is to make everything free whenever possible. (I'll waive my fees :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: )
