Audio streaming does not restart after interruption by notification ringtone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing MP3 Audio Stream in NPR app.
2. MP3 Audio Stream is interrupted by audio notification of email from 
Touchdown app.
3. MP3 Audio Stream does not restart.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Audio stream should restart after notification of email.  It never does and 
must be restarted manually.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version name: 2.3
Version code: 7230
Phone: DROID2 GLOBAL
Android version: 2.3.4
System version: 4.5.629.A956.Verizon.en.US

Please provide any additional information below.
It used to work. This is similar to Issue 152, but the app doesn't stop.  When 
I turn the display on, the NPR app is still present and running; just the audio 
stream has stopped.

This happens to me too - very frustrating. perhaps related to #152?

Thanks, guys. I'm going to merge this into 153, as I'm pretty confident the fix 
will be the same and it makes it easier to track. Please, feel free to leave 
more feedback on that thread.
