Highlighting of instruments should highlight base #15

If instrument is playing, its seat is highlighted but not its colored base. Seat highlighting is optional, whatever is easier.

Note, the highlighting refers to the section highlighting. For example, drag the trumpet into the pit, then highlight brass instruments. The trumpet base should be highlighted as well as the instrument.

Original bug is fixed. However a new bug is introduced. The instruments on the stage are always highlighted. This should not be. Only instruments of the correct section should be highlighted.
