Play button on menu screen should glow #31

Not sure about look, but a glow will make it more enticing to press.

Glow animation is now in the menu

I don't see this in master, it is pushed? Or maybe we have a different understanding of what the glow should be.

Still not seeing this @bmumm, neither flow nor scale.

There is a 5 second delay and it might be to subtle

Turned it to a 1 second delay and is more noticeable.

Not glowing, but it is pulsing. The button needs to be redone IMO so closing this.
