Tutorial: Drag indicator #38

Let's come up with a plan for how we want the introduction/tutorial to work. The bare minimum is just some sort of indicator (animated arrow, finger) that drags instruments into the center, and when one is dragged it goes away.

We could add more (menu button, section buttons, random song, etc.), but let's keep it simple and start with just the drag indicator.
