Art polish

Running list of art polish issues.

• [x] Instruments need some highlighting, to pop more.
• [x] Verify that the size of all bases is looking good.
• [x] Improve game background.
• [x] Piano has stray pixel on top left.
• [x] Redo pause button.
• [x] Replace white_block.png with black_background.png.
• [x] Delete unused textures.
• [x] General menu polish.
• [x] Fix button animations. They are hideous.
• [x] Demo/play buttons need to be extended past the edge of the screen so the background does not show when their animation plays.
• [x] Play button should have no sound.
• [x] Tweak instrument placements.
• [x] Tweak play/demo button strokes.

Okay, going to do a look over with Cas tonight and hook up the new art in Unity Monday or Tuesday.

What would the stars look like if you kept the colors, but had a white center like the demo button?
