Improve token burn procedure #75

Instead of sending tokens to a "burn address", it should be possible to simply, writing in the proof that an RGB output has been burned

On the RGB team weekly call on the 10th of June it was decided that for token burn there will be a special form of the proof, that still have to be committed to some on-chain bitcoin transaction either by P2C or OP_RETURN commitment schemes – and the "burn address" field has to be removed from the contract header. The spec should to be updated accordingly.
