Thanks to @alexzorin for maintaining the libvirt go bindings over time and building these bindings to begin with.
We'll need to carve out a path forward, so I'm at least updating the README for now and will start to post issues for guiding us down the path. Everyone is welcome and I'm rather tempted to follow C4.1 in the same way that goczmq does.
