Inappropriate error message when trying to include a resident that has already been included in an event #13

A more appropriate message such as: " The resident you are trying to include has already been included" would be preferred.

Even though the visual tab is residents, the command has been executed in the residents tab. The UG separates which commands are to be run on the Residents and Events tab.
