Refactor various functions #48

This PR goes further into cleaning the package. The main changes are the following:

Refactor check_blocks;
Refactor bootstrap;
Refactor rgcca_predict (mainly taken from #27);
Refactor rgcca_cv_k;
Refactor rgcca_cv;
Refactor rgcca_stability;
Refactor rgcca_permutation;
Set tau to 0 for disjunctive response block;
Set ncomp of the response block to max(ncomp) of the other blocks.
