This huge pull request aims to simplify and unify the code base. It also removes the code related to the shiny app and functions that are not used anymore. Below are listed some significant changes:
The call object from rgcca, rgcca_cv, and rgcca_permutation now contains all the parameters to call the rgcca function and only those parameters. Therefore, in the output of rgcca, the previous call$blocks becomes blocks and call$raw becomes call$blocks. call$disjunction becomes opt$disjunction.
Plot functions are entirely refactored.
Function rgcca is refactored so that get_rgcca_args is responsible for checking the arguments and modifying their values based on the choice of the method or the presence of a response block or a superblock.
