Tag the releases #95

It would be very helpful if you could tag releases aligned to the PyPI releases. This would enable distributions to fetch the package from GitHub instead of PyPi.

I have tagged the latest 2.3.0 release in my local repo but it seems I forgot to push it upstream. Now I did. Thanks for the reminder.
