Add Expiration/timebomb for provisioned products #47

It should be possible to set an expiration date/time for a provisioned product. If that time has expired, the provisioned product should be terminated/deleted.

That's a common request from the Microsoft ITops community. The ability to shut down non-prod environments after hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) to contain costs. Having the ability to then schedule the auto provisioning of a config defined in ITVM at the start of the next workday would be the logical follow-on request.
