Fix install instructions #13

For me install_github() from the README failed since the R part is in a subfolder. I added the path so it installs properly.

Thanks for submitting this! It's a bit strange that it worked for me and not for you, but I see no harm in including the subdirectory.

Yeah, I thought it might find the folder automatically, but that might work via the DESCRIPTION. It did install w/o subdir, but not properly (just an empty package).
