The program always output to /tmp25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to cytoseg.crbs.ucsd.edu

2. python sbfsem_batch_mpi.py ~/machine_learning_tutorial/b
~/machine_learning_tutorial/a ~/machine_learning_tutorial/a_membranes /tmp /tmp

3. When the process is done, it outputs to /tmp25 instead of /tmp, which
the user specified.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
