Integrate with Ghost Commander #12

Ghost Commander is easily one of the most functional file managers for Android.
It would be great to have diskusage integrate with Ghost Commander when
browsing files.

A better solution would be to allow diskusage to browse a directory with ANY
file manager on Android. If more than one file manager were installed, Android
would list the applications capable of handling the request (similar to the
option to select a browser for a web action when more than one browser is
installed).

I would also like to use a generic android support for open directory intent.
Unfortunately, there is not standard method of opening a directory (unlike
opening a web page or file) and all file managers implement their own schemes.
