It is unclear under which OSS license terms is tekari distributed? Could you please clarify? Thank you!

@IonescuB -- the BSD 3-clause license (https://github.com/rgl-epfl/tekari/blob/3fc9cb42464ff8eb6aa3ed8867ac91f016e7b81c/src/help_window.cpp#L178).

@4str0m -- would you mind adding a "LICENSE" file to the project root directory so that GitHub detects this automatically? Thanks!
