Update hcl2spec generation #102

Update the way to generate HCL2 config, according to here

I've just made a minor change at https://github.com/rgl/packer-plugin-windows-update/commit/466e377ed25e1210aee5e1c850a775f737b4ca05 to use the same version as the packer sdk.

And I've also ensured that provisioner.hcl2spec.go is up to date at each ci build at https://github.com/rgl/packer-plugin-windows-update/commit/a976d557e15f220f4b1d3adc1c495d2fa6252f7e.
