Change bitmaps directory to UserIcons directory #6

UserIcons directory is supported by Testplugin cmake/PluginInstall.cmake This will get the images included in the tarball.

However we then need to change the path in the src files too

This is not the problem. Bitmaps dir is a work area, not directly used by the plugin
