PLUGIN_USE_SVG in CMakeList so I changed OCPN_USE_SVG in icons.h, icon.cpp and climatology_pi.cpp to that.
Data issues between Legacy unmanaged plugins and Managed Plugins related to no using the correct Commonname exactly as in the Legacy Plugin with a capital "C"!!! Dave says commonname is THE main HANDLE for plugins. IE Pathnames could depend on it.
