Manual updade #5

Simplify manual paths, use Antora defaults and fix some links.

Here are provisions to make the Edit This Page link work. Once this PR is accepted, the edit_url link in plugins/site.yml needs to be updated. After this, the link should be fine.

Control transferred to this repo in site.yml. The forked repo in opencpn-manuals is deleted
