Some flatpak cleanup, an update to yet not fully merged upstream shipdriver changes,. Restores local flatpak builds which become broken after the 20.08 update and also the 18.08 builds.
Cleanup: Remove various unused stuff. Note that cpp definitions like VDR_USE_SVG are defined in config.h (i. e., config.h.in). Adding these as command line options generates warnings and is much harder to debug than just inspecting config.h
