10 months ago found: WD Speed alarm when graphics are enabled but alarm present but not activated.
and reproduced with the computer on board too.

being some days investigating why this blue circle appears. FTB I can only reproduce in Tablet Surface X: Windows 11 Pro ARM64 ver 22H2 22621.2283 OCPN 5.8.4-0+1637c28 Watchdog plugin ver 2.4.73.0 & 2.4.70.0 too VDR plugin ver 1.3.28.0
it's a blue circle that start being "big" and started decreasing concentrically to own position and when reach small size around vessel position sometimes keeps the size sometimes start growing again but not as much as the beginning.
these are my settings in WD plugin
I've disabled the plugin and the circle disappears.
as soon as I tick on activate the plugin the circle comes to life again.
nothing can be done with it, in right click nothing related to it, in normal click also, nothing but the chart properties of the point.

of course, this is not disturbing at all, but at least to know what is it?
also note that installed 2.4.73 but in plugins tab stated as 2.4.70 as soon as updated the plugin catalog is selected and done.
