Windows 11 Pro ARM64 ver 22621.2428 OCPN 5.8.4-0 Watchdog 2.4.100.0

when started OCPN most of the times the anchor watch alarm triggers even the boat is inside the safety circle set, I don't know the reason, right after all OCPN being loaded, the alarm is not anymore (until triggered if happens).

It seems not been triggered now on start of plugin.
