RFE 07 Wave height accuracy increased (meters & feet and decimal meters and feet added) #109

At present the constraint for wave heights i is to course. You can for instance set 2 or 3 meters. It's a huge difference in the comfort level onboard. I would like to be able to set it with 1 dm accuracy.

Add feet and decimal feet option Add meters and decimal meters option.
