small display bug : The "Route position" window cannot be enlarged and the "Cursor outside computed route map" item does not appear in full on the window #149

@Hakansv Hakan could you please look at Gilletarom's report here? Perhaps you can fix it?

@rgleason Well, I can't say I'm an expert on dialogs but once the view covers an active route all text are visible.

Okay, hopefully the display is correct. BUT, look at the screenshot that is in Rick's Cloudsmith #149 regarding WR. https://github.com/rgleason/weather_routing_pi/issues/149

This screenshot shows the same "ROUTE POSITION" window where the display is incorrect.

Specifically, in the "Position" line, there is French text that is not fully displayed. This text is the translation of the item "Cursor outside computed route map". Given the length of this item, it cannot be displayed entirely. And what's more, the display is shifted to the right which further adds to this defect.
