NoT A Bug. WR never did this. Grib_pi might have opened a previous grib file, and WR would automatically start Grib_pi. Please describe more completely what the change is. Is it a problem with grib_pi not opening a previous grib file? Or is it a problem with WR not opening grib_pi automatically?
Rick,
Sorry, I lacked precision.
To say that WR does not have a grib file in this context was to say that WR did not automatically open the GRIB plugin, which it did before.
So, YES WR no longer automatically opens the GRIB plugin, if it is not already open. Is this a BUG? I don't know, in any case, it's a regression. If so, was this regression intended?????
Gilletarom.

I havent had time tp check this, sorry. Will try in next 2 days. Did grib pi version number change a lot? There is a version checker in wr.
With WR 1.15.19.6, I thing that this bug is solved. So, probably it is time to close this issue.
Describe the bug
Windows 10, OpenCPN 5.9.0 + .... up to date , WR up to date, GRIB plugin provided by Dave Register
Open OpenCPN
Open WR
Select an existing weather search
Choose "Edit" in the main menu
Request adaptation of the departure time of the requested route.
So WR says he doesn't have a grib file available.
Expected behavior Modify WR (or GRIB plugin) so that it immediately opens GRIB without the need to open GRIB manually first
Desktop: -Windows 10
