RFE: Main Menu: Configuration: Reset Examples to Default #77

Add to the Main menu "Configuration" dropdown menu a new selection "Reset Examples to Default"

Copy from the write only %localappdata%/opencpn/plugins/data/weather_routing_pi/

data/boats/Boat.xml data/boats/Boat-Climatology.xml data/boats/Boat-Test-Power.x,ml data/boats/SS-Boat-Climatology.xml data/boats/SS-Boat-Test-Powr.xml

and copy the all polar files used with these examples too

data/polars/Example/.

overwriting the user writable directory or programdata.
