Manual update #80

Simplify manual paths, use Antora defaults and fix some links.

Note: This plugin manual has a lot of links to other plugins, perhaps too many from a maintenance perspective. OTOH, it provides a lot of examples how it works.

Here are also provisions to make the Edit This Page link work. Once this PR is accepted, the edit_url link in plugins/site.yml needs to be updated. After this, the link should be fine.
