Update index.adoc in the Manual #83

Tried to fix a number of link errors.

help_Information renamed as help_information. Case sensitive errors. Typo help-information fixed.

Some intra document links removed. Others may still be present.

Mike, Thankyou for this. I've gone through and made those changes and more, line by line. Hopefully they will get updated in the full manual, as the errors still seem to be cropping up. I checked and I did push the changes too.
