Bug: Not showing isochrones #92

Widely reported and I can confirm this problem. Increasing line size and opengl does not help. Many OS. https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/f134/weather-routing-100060.html

Please see https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/f134/weather-routing-100060.html#post3634012 When using Opencpn 5.6.2 please disable display list processing, Opengl.

A future version of OpenCPN will fix this, and the fix is in place now in the master code.
