Setup shell using:

I've got a base jekyll-boiler setup via: 094edb3336c33ac82463acd80747abee04fe838d

While Jekyll is a good pick, I think we'll use the Grunt instead, as this will make it so the location that the files live are not dependent upon a Jekyll host.

Going to re-purpose the Popular setup as that has everything we need in terms of a production-ready setup.
