[x] Add social icon with link to copy shortlink url (created from above).

Unfortunately, as I vaguely remember researching this in the past, clicking a button to copy to clipboard is not allowed due to security reasons. The alternative would be to do some sort of pop-open tooltip where the text is the url that gets focused so the user can copy/paste manually.

Too much work for not much ROI. Going to add this to the 2016 milestone and close.
