Analytics and JS move #9

Going to add our tracking codes to the foot (and head).

Also, it's probably best to have the ontouch JS in the head, before CSS, as it will kick in right away and the CSS that relies on it will show less of a FOUC (or, un-javascripted content).

Yah! It will be interesting to see. :+1:

So, I've added tracking codes to head and foot. I also moved Zeppelin to head, as it's small in file size, will load quickly up there and does not require jquery anyway.

Things looking good locally, so a push/commit is coming shortly.
