Migrate intent schema/sample utterances from AMAZON.LITERAL to custom slots #70

As of the end of November '16, AMAZON.LITERAL won't be supported for certification anymore. Also for other locales than US English it is not supported anymore already.

I've had a stab at making an update for this bug by replacing the AMAZON.LITERAL with custom slots. It works perfectly for an artist that is in the custom slot list but finds nothing else. I took all the examples from "echo/utterances.txt".

Quote taken from the linked page in this issues description - " Values outside the list may still be returned if recognized by the spoken language understanding system. Although input to a custom slot type is weighted towards the values in the list, it is not constrained to just the items on the list. "

I am new to Alexa/Echo so it maybe the custom slots need more examples than I currently have it. I'll update this post at the weekend with my changes for input from others.
