Brick Add Window Grows Lager Randomly

Describe the bug

When using the brick add window to choose a part, after adding it to the list, or even just randomly, the part window will grow larger. This has happened on two separate computers, and it appears to have started after the last software update.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a new file to start to upload.
2. Open the Parts window to search for a part.
3. Either after adding a new part, or even just using the program, the parts window will grow larger in increments, till it takes up the whole screen.
4. I tried to shrink the window, but it will not move inward when prompted, just outward.
5. I closed the window, reopened it, but the window is still the same size as when I closed it.
6. I closed the program entirely and logged back in, when I get to opening the parts window, it is the same size as when I closed the program, but, now I can change the size of the window. However, as soon as I start to choose parts to be added to the new, the screen will grow again, and the problem continues as before.

NOTE: We did just start using the camera feature to identify parts. Not sure if there is a correlation.

Expected behavior

The window should not change size on its own. How ever I set it on the screen is the way it should stay.
