API Explorer does not work #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Google API Explorer 
https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#s/youtube/v3/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected: ??
- What I see: blank page (with yellow "loading" in searchbar)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Browser: Chrome 31.0.1650.57 m
- OS: Windows 8

I'm experiencing the same issue:
Chrome 36.0.1985.125
OS X 10.9.4

It works for me in Safari 7.0.5 though.
