Prediction API error #302

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloading a dataset to the cloud storage several times (the same variables 
but different cases);
2. training a model on that datasets;

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A trained model)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

At this step I'm using API Explorer

Please provide any additional information below.
As a result of my actions, this message appears "Description: Connection Timed 
Out" and this is a result of checking the training status of the model "ERROR: 
TOO FEW INSTANCES IN DATASET". Even if there is a lot of rows in it.
