In the fritzing image the target pin "GP26_A0" is connected to the "/RESET" line. There is also a dotted line connecting "GP26_A0" to the "RUN" pin.

What does the dotted line stand for?

Shouldn't the "/RESET" line go to the "RUN" pin ?

yep. It's dotted, because it is optional.
