Nerf/remove Tiny Progressions tools & armor #34

Problem

One of my favorite things about this pack is how focused it is and the well-thought-out pathway of progression from IE to Mekanica and Environmental Tech with AE2 as storage. The only blemish on that progression I've noticed so far is Tiny Progressions.

The armor sets, for one, nearly invalidate the lategame Nanobot Beacons from Environmental Tech, providing very high armor toughness and unlimited potion effects for fairly cheap.

The Party Pickaxe and Wub Hammer outclass anything else in the game and can be acquired extremely early, rendering the mid-to-late-game Mekanica tools obsolete. The latter in particular makes the Immersive Engineering Mining Drill pointless to craft, since the hammer is cheaper, can be acquired much earlier, and can even be enchanted; the former is insanely fast for no good reason, seeing as it only takes iron, obsidian, and diamonds to craft.

Suggestion

Remove the recipes for the Wub Hammer, Party Pickaxe and Tiny Progressions armor sets (dragon, magma, redstone, etc.) In scenarios where Tiny Progressions tools or armor are offered as quest rewards, rework those rewards to give Mekanica tools or armor instead.

I'd have to agree with this one, my players are currently using Obsidian tools and armor and enchanting them. This stuff is too cheap and too powerful
