UI improvements #10

  1. Incentivize scroll (partial cutoff)
    • swipe down w/partial cutoff?
    • add arrows with left/right swipe?

Arrows: font-awesome arrows in the middle between top 2 cards and bottom two cards (put in guide.js)

  1. End turn --> remove button instead of disable? Or make it more prominent

  2. Everyone goes in to game once one person hits "Start" in the lobby
