Contribution to SEP and secor deployment #21

This is based on SEP (Starburst Enterprise Presto) official deployment guide based on their Helm charts. I tried to find trino(opensource) version of their official heml charts but seems like it does not exists, the closest i found was https://github.com/valeriano-manassero/helm-charts/tree/main/valeriano-manassero/trino

We need to work with starburst to 1) fix the starburst openshift catalog operator 2) It does not require starburst license 3) it should include Hive Meta Store

For now let's have these instruction in the deploy directory

As of now, there are a lot of steps that are manual, this needs to be carefully discussed and automated to the best extent. Please refer to the todo open issue #8 .
