VS Seeker uses vanilla graphics #3635

Description

When using the VS Seeker, the player is shown using a Poké Ball. These should ideally be replaced by them using a VS Seeker to mirror the graphical side of the VS Seeker in FRLG.

SDH made one for Brendan and might be willing to do so for May. The original feature branch also has all the code still in to support jumps and custom VS Seeker animations.
