@System.solv error? #67

Sometime happens, that while @System.solv is sending to server, from unknown reason client end with error 'Networking error while sending @System.solv file' and when is client run again (even multiple times) is @System.solv finally transferred correctly. Please look at it and try to think about, where is problem. (on client or server side?)
