added console CM name in step4.1/3rd step. per ocp logs we need "--from-file=ca-bundle.crt=</path/to/example-ca.crt>"

I'm not really sure I understand why we're adding this to the trusted PKI. Is this still valid or should we close this @kumuduh?

I've reviewed this doc and it is wrong. The cluster proxy object should not be updated for validated certs. We should remove that section from the doc.
