Adding "AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT_ACCESS_KEY" #507

Added variable AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT_ACCESS_KEY to be exported and added into secret as per docs. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/backup_and_restore/application_backup_and_restore/installing/installing-oadp-azure.html

To avoid error
